Brandon, Manitoba is a bustling city from the Canadian Prairies. I am proud to say it's my hometown and this scene was painted from the north shore of the Assiniboine River overlooking the downtown area. Fall is my favorite time of the year and I always tried to take a few hours each year to quietly reflect as I walked along the riverbank. This year didn’t disappoint with the changing colors in the leaves and the crispness of the air.
